Saying that we forward packages and help make purchases is not a complete answer though. It would be better to say that we work to make shopping and shipping from the USA easier and more affordable.  As our motto states: “We make shopping and shipping from the USA your reality!”

So here’s what we offer as benefits:

Like a typical package forwarding company, we at Vyking Ship provide you with a USA forwarding address, but unlike most, we do that for free. We want to earn your business, not steal it. So when you signup with us, you get a free USA Address that accepts mail and parcels both. And yes, when we say we ‘accept’, we also mean that we forward mail and parcel to you.

In case you are wondering about monthly or annual charges, well there aren’t any. That’s right. No charges for address. Free USA forwarding address. Simple.

There are no hidden charges to this. It is exactly as it reads. Free space for your items for 180 days. What if you exceed? Well then… we inform you prior to you finishing your 6 month quota.

We have customers who ship stuff when they find something on sale. We have people who send their shopping but want to wait for the next month before shipping out. We even have people who use our whopping 180 days to their best advantage and become reseller on eBay! That’s right, you can do this too.

If you are buying in bulk or there is something you no longer need (and don’t want to return it either), just know that you can sell it off on eBay and we’ll help you. Do note that you first need to contact us about this.

Agreed, we are not in a USA state where we can boast zero sales tax. What we have is the next best thing; zero sales tax on clothes!!

This means when you shop for pants, shirts, socks, caps, woollies, shawls, jackets and shoes, there is NO sales tax. Just make sure the seller whom you are purchasing from is not selling from Minneapolis, USA – because then there will be tax.

We have actually done this research on a very amateur level by adding all sort of baby, adult, teenager, full size ‘clothing’ in cart just to check what was falling under the ‘tax zone’.

Our result? Only that one woolen cap with a dangling star didn’t qualify as tax free.

At Vyking Ship we start all processing requests within 16 business hours (2 working days) of your requesting it. If not, the processing request will be completed free of charge. Once the processing requests are completed, we will ship any packages you have selected to ship (and paid for) within 8 business hours (1 work day) of the request for shipment.

As proof of our commitment, if we don’t deliver this said task, you will receive a coupon for $5 towards your next shipment. And, because of this little penalty, we do make sure that all packages that have been paid for, get shipped out within this time.

And, oh, we will complete any request that has been selected for Expedited Processing within 2 business hours of your request. That’s right, we’ve clocked it and have had some customers clock it. And… if we miss the 120 minute mark, the Expedited Processing and requests will be completed free of charge.

Have you come forwarders that offer free services for almost every processing request? We have.

Many other US forwarding companies offer “free” services, but what they don’t tell you is that you will pay for everything but as higher postage fees. This ultimately results in a much more expensive service than ours.

Our Shipping Calculator will quote you the EXACT amount you’ll have to pay if you ship that package through us, provided you input the correct information. You can double check this once your consolidation is complete and shipping amount is in front of you.

Just open a different browser, go to our shipping calculator, copy the dimensions of your ready to ship out ‘shipment’ and see the resulting prices.

You will not have to pay any more than the amount shown, unless you request us for additional processing services, and insurance.
