Registering a Vyking Ship account is the first step toward entering the massive online marketplace in the United States. Our package consolidation and international forwarding services allow you to buy from U.S. retailers, and get those items shipped to nearly any place in the world.

Say you are looking for ways of shipping from USA to Australia, or shipping to canada from USA. Bulky, or small, Vyking Ship has a solution! How? Vyking Ship is a forwarding solution that works both ways, you can ship from and to USA.

Example, you can ship to Puerto Rico from USA, ship to India from USA, ship to Canada from USA, or you can reverse the process and look at shipping from Japan to USA, shipping from Germany to USA, shipping to Canada from USA etc.

First of all, in order for us to receive your packages at our warehouse, you need to be registered. This also allows you to take advantage of our Purchasing Assistance Program. (Learn more about Purchasing Assistance here.)

Secondly, it’s completely free. We don’t have any monthly fees and we offer a number of optional services that can be tailored to fit your needs.

And finally, we can save you money on shipping costs. Many U.S. retailers don’t offer international shipping, or do so at high rates. Our mission is to get you the items you want quickly and at the best rate.

Find the Registration Page

The first thing you will need to do is locate the “Register” button in the upper right hand corner of your screen and click on it.

You should now be on our registration page.

Filling Out Your Information

As noted in the graphic above, it’s very important that the email address you provide is valid and is an email you have access to. All Vyking Ship correspondence including account activation, new package arrival, processing completion, and shipping notices will be sent to that address.

In addition, the information you enter into the billing address information must also match any payment method you plan on using with your account. If it does not match, our payment processor is going to give us an error message and there will likely be a delay in shipping while we investigate the cause of the error.

Once you have entered all of your information, please make sure to read over our Terms of Use. You may also review our Privacy Policy.

Lastly we do need you to affirm that you understand that we will not be charging you for Taxes and Duties that may be due once your package arrives at your home nation.

Click the “Sign Up” button at the bottom and the screen will tell you “Almost Done.”

Verifying Your Account

After you’ve clicked the “Sign Up” button, login into the email account you used for registration and look for an email from support@vikingship.com with the subject link: Vyking Ship Account Registration.

If you do not see this message in your Inbox, make sure to check your Spam folder, then Verify.

April 15th, 2022: At this time, all of the carriers we send packages through have suspended service to Russia and Ukraine. We will update this as service availability changes, but we do not have any information as to when these suspensions will be lifted. We will work with all customers affected by these suspensions.

The USPS has also suspended most services to New Zealand. Packages sent through USPS or USPS through Asendia to New Zealand can only ship via Express.

USPS service to Australia has also been limited. If you are shipping through USPS or Asendia, you must select Express, First Class, or World Tracked.

Any payments received for shipping options that are not available will be refunded, and the package will be re-entered into your Vyking Ship account.
