Our Values
Vyking Ship does not call something free unless it is free. We do not offer low-cost services only to recover the difference through inflated postage fees. Our shipping calculator shows the exact amount you will pay before you commit. That price does not change at checkout unless you request optional extras. This is the standard we hold ourselves to and have held since the day we launched.

2014
Launched and Opened Warehouse
After nearly two years of planning, designing and developing, Vyking Ship opened on November 10, 2014. The goal from day one was to bring transparency and genuine customer service to an industry that had very little of either.
2015
Partnered With DHL
Customers asked for DHL. Vyking Ship listened, secured a DHL account with discount rates that improved on the comparable FedEx service already on offer, and passed those savings directly to customers.
2018
Moved to a Bigger Warehouse
Customer growth pushed Vyking Ship out of its first warehouse. The new facility measured 9,999 square feet, nearly three times the size of the original, giving the team the space to handle increasing shipment volume without compromising on care or speed.
2019
Secured Better Rates for DHL and USPS
In line with the commitment to keep costs low for customers, Vyking Ship negotiated improved rates with both DHL and USPS and passed every saving on.
2020
Website Redesign
Vyking Ship launched a refreshed website with a cleaner design and more features to improve the experience for both new and returning customers.
2023
Moved to New Warehouse
Vyking Ship relocated to a new warehouse facility in November 2023. The move gave the team an upgraded space to continue delivering the same fast processing and careful handling customers rely on.
