Vyking Ship move

Vyking Ship is moving to a new warehouse in early November and we want to make sure everyone is prepared for the move.

Our planned first day in the new warehouse will be November 4, 2023 and we ask that all purchases you make that will be delivered on or after November 4, 2023 be directed to our new warehouse address. To avoid confusion, and shipments going there early, we will not be announcing the new address until closer to the date.

  • Your warehouse Street Address
  • Your warehouse City
  • Your warehouse Postal Code

What will not change:

  • Your Suite Number (Account Number)
  • Your warehouse State (we are just moving 1 city over)


If you need to know our new address before we publicly announce it (and update the My Warehouse address in the account) you may reach out to us at support@vykingship.com and we will let you know what it is. We ask that you only do so if you need it for a shipment you anticipate arriving after our move date as we want to avoid any confusion. 

Things to consider (Closer to the move date):

  • When the time comes, make sure to update any sites where your Vyking Ship address is saved so new purchases don’t go to the old address.
  • Make sure to update any payment methods where your Vyking Ship address is used as the billing address.
  • If you have any purchases that become back-ordered, and will not arrive until after we move, make sure to update the seller with the new address.
  • Same thing with Pre-Orders
  • If you utilize our address as a return address for your customers, make sure they are going to be aware of the new address if they have any returns that will arrive after our move.

April 15th, 2022: At this time, all of the carriers we send packages through have suspended service to Russia and Ukraine. We will update this as service availability changes, but we do not have any information as to when these suspensions will be lifted. We will work with all customers affected by these suspensions.

The USPS has also suspended most services to New Zealand. Packages sent through USPS or USPS through Asendia to New Zealand can only ship via Express.

USPS service to Australia has also been limited. If you are shipping through USPS or Asendia, you must select Express, First Class, or World Tracked.

Any payments received for shipping options that are not available will be refunded, and the package will be re-entered into your Vyking Ship account.
